Gymnasts and cheerleaders are athletes whose sports demand mental toughness. Not all athletes will naturally develop these skills, or who will have coaches who know how to teach them. Given the nature of the sports, and that skills can be challenging, sometimes dangerous, having mental skills to support physical skills is critical.
In working with gymnasts and cheerleaders, Sara helps to identify areas of mental strength, as well as areas that would benefit from improvement. Sara works with athletes individually, and on teams, and is available to attend practice and competition.
