mental skills training

what is it?

Mental skills training addresses the mental side of performance. When beginning with Sara Robinson, MA, Mental Skills Coach, clients learn more about themselves and their existing mental skills and strategies. We then take the time to identify areas of mental performance that the clients would like to develop. Then, mental skill building tackles the areas most important to the client. Practice of mental skills is essential, and with support from Sara, clients often experience positive changes to the way they think, feel, and perform. 

Sara works with clients from many sports, and of many age groups, but has specialized in working with youth, teen, and collegiate athletes.
